Turkey Veggie Bowl

“Quick and Simple Low Carb Meal”

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey
  • 8-10 oz. bag of fresh Green Beans 8 oz. bag of Cauliflower Rice
  • 1⁄2 Purple Cabbage Head, chopped 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1⁄2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1⁄2 tsp. Thyme
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos

Instructions:

  1. In a Skillet, cook the Ground Turkey on Medium High heat. Stir in
    1⁄2 tsp. Pepper and 1 tsp. Oregano. Remove and drain.
  2. Steam the Green Beans in the microwave or stove.
  3. Add 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Broth to the skillet and heat on Medium High for 1 minute. Add the chopped Cabbage and Cauliflower Rice. Cook & stir for 5-6 minutes until the cabbage and cauliflower are soft and most of the broth has evaporated.
  4. Stir in the Green Beans, Ground Turkey and Thyme. Heat for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Stir in the Coconut Aminos.
  6. Serve in a bowl.
