Turkey Veggie Bowl
“Quick and Simple Low Carb Meal”

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Turkey
- 8-10 oz. bag of fresh Green Beans 8 oz. bag of Cauliflower Rice
- 1⁄2 Purple Cabbage Head, chopped 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Broth
- 1⁄2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- 1⁄2 tsp. Thyme
- 2-3 Tbsp. Coconut Aminos
Instructions:
- In a Skillet, cook the Ground Turkey on Medium High heat. Stir in
1⁄2 tsp. Pepper and 1 tsp. Oregano. Remove and drain. - Steam the Green Beans in the microwave or stove.
- Add 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Broth to the skillet and heat on Medium High for 1 minute. Add the chopped Cabbage and Cauliflower Rice. Cook & stir for 5-6 minutes until the cabbage and cauliflower are soft and most of the broth has evaporated.
- Stir in the Green Beans, Ground Turkey and Thyme. Heat for 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in the Coconut Aminos.
- Serve in a bowl.
