I love being a Fitness and Health professional and I care about my clients. There is nothing more important to me than helping someone through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I understand that life can be hectic and often hard to find time to workout or eat clean. With my years of experience, I've designed classes and programs that are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work. I'm grateful for having an incredible Thrive Team of instructors who are equally passionate about health, wellness and teaching quality classes.
I have Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health from Purdue University. I hold several fitness certifications and have worked with clients of all stages and ages. As a Master Trainer for Savvier Fitness, I enjoy training new instructors on Barre Above, Tabata GX and Extreme HIIT CHAOS.
When I'm not teaching or working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating new recipes in the kitchen. Cooking is my Zen! I feel blessed to have 2 wonderful daughters, a supportive husband and a cute toy poodle.
I love doing a variety of workouts and to push my body to see what it can do.
I firmly believe that we can all start somewhere and grow to where we want to be. Not every workout works for every person. I want to help you find what works for YOU and to help you find what you ENJOY! I am so excited to get to know you and be a part of your healthy life!

When I cared for my mother with rheumatoid arthritis, I learned firsthand that you can never take for granted the mechanics of your body. I know just how important it is to understand the body in order to suggest exercise movements and nutrition adjustments that can enhance your overall wellness.
I have been a member of the West Lafayette community since 2005. I am certified in Booty Barre, Tabata Bootcamp, and Mat 1 Pilates.
