I am the Founder of The Thrive Team / Thrive with Cassie. My greatest passion is combining exercise and nutrition guidance to help clients enhance their overall health. I started teaching fitness classes and became a Certified Personal Trainer back in college and have enjoyed every stage of teaching.

I love being a Fitness and Health professional and I care about my clients. There is nothing more important to me than helping someone through an experience that makes them happy, confident and strong. I understand that life can be hectic and often hard to find time to workout or eat clean. With my years of experience, I've designed classes and programs that are manageable, enjoyable and proven to work. I'm grateful for having an incredible Thrive Team of instructors who are equally passionate about health, wellness and teaching quality classes.

I have Bachelor of Science degrees in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness & Health from Purdue University. I hold several fitness certifications and have worked with clients of all stages and ages. As a Master Trainer for Savvier Fitness, I enjoy training new instructors on Barre Above, Tabata GX and Extreme HIIT CHAOS.

When I'm not teaching or working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating new recipes in the kitchen. Cooking is my Zen! I feel blessed to have 2 wonderful daughters, a supportive husband and a cute toy poodle.

I have always been an athlete, but after having my 3 children, I let that part of me go a bit. I knew I had to find that athlete again! I became a Cycling Instructor in 2015 and have never looked back. I am now also certified in RIP, Barre Above, Tabata GX, TRX, Awesome ABs, and Pedal & Pulse.

I love doing a variety of workouts and to push my body to see what it can do.

I firmly believe that we can all start somewhere and grow to where we want to be. Not every workout works for every person. I want to help you find what works for YOU and to help you find what you ENJOY! I am so excited to get to know you and be a part of your healthy life!

I am a senior at Penn State University majoring in Nutritional Sciences, with plans to become a Registered Dietician. I am very passionate about nutrition, fitness, and wellness and that is what brought me to Cassie and Thrive Tabata. I began taking Cassie’s Thrive Tabata classes in high school and have stuck to them ever since. I recently just became certified in Tabata GX/Bootcamp classes and have been able to assist Cassie with classes over Zoom. I look forward to promoting the importance of health and wellness, while continuing to teach and assist Cassie & the Thrive Tabata team in any way that I can!

Hi, my name is Meg Szymanski and I'm a senior at Indiana University this year! I'm pursuing a degree in biochemistry and am hoping to attend medical school after I graduate. I've always had a passion for health and fitness, so I was excited to become BarreAbove certified and start teaching some classes! Exercise is so important for our physical and mental health and my mindset is that it should be done out of appreciation for what our bodies are capable of, not as punishment for the things we eat. My love for fitness and nutrition comes from my children. I am always striving to be a positive role model for them. While I love how fitness makes me feel, I am truly dedicated to living a healthy life to make the most of my life with them. That is why, after being a career makeup artist in Nashville, I became a member of the Thrive team.

When I cared for my mother with rheumatoid arthritis, I learned firsthand that you can never take for granted the mechanics of your body. I know just how important it is to understand the body in order to suggest exercise movements and nutrition adjustments that can enhance your overall wellness.

I have been a member of the West Lafayette community since 2005. I am certified in Booty Barre, Tabata Bootcamp, and Mat 1 Pilates.
