Ingredients:
- 2 1⁄2 cups Oats
- 1 1⁄4 cups Coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 1⁄2 cups Oat Bran
- 1⁄4 cup + 1 Tbsp. Ground Walnuts
- 1⁄4 cup Ground Flax Seeds, optional
- 20 oz. (2.5 cups) Peanut Butter
- 1⁄2 cup + 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave Nectar
- 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
- 3⁄4-1 cup Chocolate Chips (any combination or variety: dairy free – sugar free – milk chocolate –
semi-sweet chocolate – dark chocolate, etc.)
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the 1st 5 or 6 ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine the Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla Extract.
- With Gloves, combine the Medium bowl ingredients with the Large Bowl ingredients.
- Add the Chocolate Chips
- Roll into 1-inch balls
- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or Freeze
*Option to add 3 scoops of Protein Powder or Collagen Powder; this may require more peanut butter &/or maple syrup
