Power Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 1⁄2 cups Oats
  • 1 1⁄4 cups Coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1⁄2 cups Oat Bran
  • 1⁄4 cup + 1 Tbsp. Ground Walnuts
  • 1⁄4 cup Ground Flax Seeds, optional
  • 20 oz. (2.5 cups) Peanut Butter
  • 1⁄2 cup + 2 Tbsp. Maple Syrup, Honey or Agave Nectar
  • 2 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 3⁄4-1 cup Chocolate Chips (any combination or variety: dairy free – sugar free – milk chocolate –
    semi-sweet chocolate – dark chocolate, etc.)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the 1st 5 or 6 ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Vanilla Extract.
  3. With Gloves, combine the Medium bowl ingredients with the Large Bowl ingredients.
  4. Add the Chocolate Chips
  5. Roll into 1-inch balls
  6. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks or Freeze

*Option to add 3 scoops of Protein Powder or Collagen Powder; this may require more peanut butter &/or maple syrup
