Daily Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¾ – 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 cup Spinach Leaves
  • ½ cup Coconut Water
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1 whole Pear
  • 1-2 tsp. Lemon Juice –OR- ¼ – ½ of a Whole Lemon
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Nut Butter –OR- ½ – 1 scoop Protein Powder – OR- ½ – 1 scoop Collagen Powder, optional

Instructions:

  1. Roughly chop up the Romaine Lettuce, Apple, Pear, Banana & Lemon. Add them to a blender with Spinach, Coconut Water.   If using, add in Nut Butter, Protein Powder or Collagen Powder.
  2. Blend well and divide evenly into 2 large glasses.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for 1 day.
