Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 10-inch cauliflower pizza crusts (Live Life On The Veg” Brand)
  • 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans “Naturally” Pork Sausage)
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour (Almond or Gluten Free Flour)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or more)
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Oregano

Directions:

  • Heat the oven to 400 degrees
  • Cook Frozen Pizza Crust 2.5 minutes per side on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
  • Cook sausage in skillet on the stove until it’s cooked into small pieces. You may want to add 1/4 cup water to the sausage when cooking.
  • Pat sausage with a paper towel.
  • Add Flour, Pepper, and Oregano to the sausage when cooking.
  • Add Milk and continue stirring until gravy consistency.
  • Place half gravy mixture on each pizza crust.
  • Sprinkly with shredded aged cheddar cheese or vegan cheese or go cheeseless.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
