Ingredients:
- 2 10-inch cauliflower pizza crusts (Live Life On The Veg” Brand)
- 1 lb. sausage (Bob Evans “Naturally” Pork Sausage)
- 3 Tbsp. Flour (Almond or Gluten Free Flour)
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or more)
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Oregano
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 400 degrees
- Cook Frozen Pizza Crust 2.5 minutes per side on a cookie sheet or pizza pan.
- Cook sausage in skillet on the stove until it’s cooked into small pieces. You may want to add 1/4 cup water to the sausage when cooking.
- Pat sausage with a paper towel.
- Add Flour, Pepper, and Oregano to the sausage when cooking.
- Add Milk and continue stirring until gravy consistency.
- Place half gravy mixture on each pizza crust.
- Sprinkly with shredded aged cheddar cheese or vegan cheese or go cheeseless.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
