Baked Chicken

“Simple and can be used with Chicken Breast, Legs or Thighs”

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 Chicken Thighs or Legs –OR- 4 Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Paprika
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Basil
  • ¼ cup Bread Crumbs (I use:  Aleia’s Plain Gluten Free Bread Crumbs)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  3. Rinse Chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Arrange Chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle Olive Oil on the top of Chicken and rub to coat each piece of Chicken.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the Seasonings and Bread Crumbs. Spread this mixture evenly on top of each piece of Chicken.
  5. Bake 35-45 minutes or until Chicken is cooked at an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
