Baked Chicken
“Simple and can be used with Chicken Breast, Legs or Thighs”

Ingredients:
- 6-8 Chicken Thighs or Legs –OR- 4 Chicken Breast
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Oregano
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- ½ tsp. Basil
- ¼ cup Bread Crumbs (I use: Aleia’s Plain Gluten Free Bread Crumbs)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Rinse Chicken and pat dry with paper towel. Arrange Chicken on baking sheet. Drizzle Olive Oil on the top of Chicken and rub to coat each piece of Chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine the Seasonings and Bread Crumbs. Spread this mixture evenly on top of each piece of Chicken.
- Bake 35-45 minutes or until Chicken is cooked at an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
