Daily Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
- ¾ – 1 Head of Romaine Lettuce
- 1 cup Spinach Leaves
- ½ cup Coconut Water
- 1 whole Banana
- 1 whole Apple
- 1 whole Pear
- 1-2 tsp. Lemon Juice –OR- ¼ – ½ of a Whole Lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp. Nut Butter –OR- ½ – 1 scoop Protein Powder – OR- ½ – 1 scoop Collagen Powder, optional
Instructions:
- Roughly chop up the Romaine Lettuce, Apple, Pear, Banana & Lemon. Add them to a blender with Spinach, Coconut Water. If using, add in Nut Butter, Protein Powder or Collagen Powder.
- Blend well and divide evenly into 2 large glasses.
- Store in the refrigerator for 1 day.
